This is Griz’s track fork. This style of fork takes twice as long to make but ends up being a very classy and strong. It will be a beauty once it is all brazed.

That fork is super-sweet.

How about using the mold polishers used for milled steel molds. These are definately highly polished, precision to the mm objects. The molds I knew about were used in plastic excrusion machines. The tool is electric and is about the size of an electric toothbrush.
